David you chauffeur will contact you approx. 10 days prior to the wedding to discuss route and timing.

Under the consumer contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) Regulations 2013. If you are contracting with us as a consumer online, by phone, at a wedding fair or any other venue other than our office you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days, after the day you ordered our services. Should you wish to cancel your order you must do so by email or by letter – Wharfedale Wedding Cars, Chevin Heights, 12 Clarion Field, West Chevin Road, Menston, Ilkley, LS29 6BL.

Our cars are kept in pristine condition and as such give a reliable service. All ‘machines’ have a capacity to suffer unforeseen problems and cannot be held responsible for any breakdown that may occur, in such circumstances we would make every effort to rectify the situation.

If snow is on the ground in winter months the Beauford may be substituted.
